Is having children associated with developing cervical cancer

There is no correlation between having children and cervical cancer. It has now been shown that the development of cervical cancer is very much related to human papillomavirus infection, which is caused by long-term infection of the cervix by this virus. The fact that a patient is infected with this virus does not mean that he or she has cervical cancer, but other factors can lead to the accelerated development of cervical intraepithelial lesions. Some of these factors include chronic inflammation of the cervix, sexually transmitted diseases of the cervix, smoking, frequent sexual intercourse, and multiple sexual partners, all of which can lead to DNA damage of the patient’s cervix, resulting in a decrease in the local immunity of the cervix, which makes human papillomavirus infections persistent, and can easily lead to the development of cervical cancer, which is not very much related to the birth of a woman.
