When will the baby’s eyelids come out

Most babies’ double eyelids appear 1 to 2 months after birth, or even longer, while some babies are born with double eyelids. Double eyelids in babies are mainly related to genetic factors. If both parents are double eyelids, the baby usually has double eyelids. If double eyelids are not seen at birth, it may be because the baby’s eyelids are usually swollen in the mother’s amniotic fluid, and as the baby’s day grows older, the edema gradually subsides, and the double eyelids will appear. If both parents do not have double eyelids, the baby basically will not have double eyelids, so parents can just let nature take its course. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a medical professional.
