Hand tendons mainly refer to the tendons and other tissue structures of the hand, mainly concentrated in the wrist, divided into three layers on the palmar side and two layers on the dorsal side. 1. Metacarpal tendon: The metacarpal tendon of the hand is mainly divided into three layers. The first layer mainly consists of three tendons: radial carpal flexor, palmaris longus and ulnar carpal flexor. The second layer is the tendon of the anterior flexor of the finger, which is divided into four in the palm. The third layer consists of the tendons of the deep flexor of the finger and the flexor digitorum longus, which is divided into 4 tendons in the palm. 2. Dorsal tendons: The tendons on the dorsal side of the hand can be divided into two layers. The superficial ones are radial long extensor carpi radialis longus, radial short extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor digitorum, extensor digiti minimi and ulnar extensor carpi ulnaris. The extensor digitorum longus is divided into four on the dorsum of the hand. ② The deeper layers are mainly the extensor digitorum longus, extensor digitorum brevis, extensor digitorum longus and extensor indicis brevis. The hamstrings are vital to hand movement. If you experience discomfort in the hamstrings, it is recommended that you visit a regular hospital as soon as possible.
