Liver Cancer Stage III Survival

Survival period of stage III liver cancer specifically depends on whether the patient has timely treatment, individual physique, severity of the disease and other factors. Stage III liver cancer is further divided into stage a and stage b. Stage a refers to liver cancer combined with vascular invasion, including hepatic portal vein, hepatic vein or inferior vena cava vein, and stage b refers to the fact that extrahepatic metastasis has already appeared, which may be metastasized to lungs, bones, brain and other parts of the body. Most of the patients with stage III liver cancer are not suitable for surgery, and generally adopt comprehensive treatment measures such as targeting, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. If the patient does not receive treatment, the general survival period is about 1 year. If the patient cooperates with the treatment in time and positively, and adopts comprehensive treatment measures such as targeting, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the survival period can be prolonged, and the patients with better physique can survive for a long time if the treatment is timely. If diagnosed with stage III liver cancer, it is recommended to carry out standardized treatment as early as possible to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
