How to train a child with vestibular dysfunction

Vestibular dysfunction children, can be improved through balance training, tactile stimulation training and other training methods.
1. Balance training: you can let the child on the balance board arms open, the front heel next to the toes of the back foot, try to maintain the balance of the body, feet back and forth exchanged along the balance board forward. This training can exercise the child’s balance, body coordination.
2. Tactile stimulation training: usually you can use your hands to touch the child’s body, with gentle touch and kneading as the main; you can also use small brushes, towels, sponges and other items, with the appropriate intensity, in the child’s body, brushing to strengthen the tactile stimulation.
If your child develops vestibular dysfunction, he or she should go to the hospital in a timely manner to have an individualized training program developed by the doctor to avoid delays.
