How to check for mycotic urethritis in men

Men who are suspected of having a mycotic urethritis can take a routine urine sample to see if there are fungal mycelial spores, and then take a urine culture for fungal culture, in addition to the G test and GM test to help determine if there is a fungal infection. In mycotic urethritis, there may be some tofu-like secretions in the urethra, and these secretions can be taken for the appropriate pathogenic tests. If a man has a mycosis urethritis, he should keep his urethra clean, drink more water, urinate more often, and use antifungal drugs for treatment, including oral fluconazole or voriconazole, and topical antifungal drugs for cleaning, which can promote the healing of the infection. It is best not to have intercourse during this period, or to have your sexual partner undergo the appropriate pathogenic examination at the same time, to avoid cross-infection by timely treatment.
