Examination and treatment of biliary heart syndrome

Biliary heart syndrome: a clinical syndrome in which diseases of the biliary system (cholecystitis, gallstones), etc., and induced by neurological reflexes cause constriction of the coronary arteries, resulting in inadequate coronary blood supply (oxygen supply-oxygen demand imbalance), thus causing symptoms such as angina pectoris, irregular heart rate, or even myocardial infarction. Examination: CT of liver, bile and spleen. Clinical treatment: Case selection criteria Exclusion of patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, all with history, symptoms and signs of cholelithiasis, accompanied by varying degrees of panic or discomfort in the precordial region, chest tightness, etc. The size and location of stones have been determined by ultrasound examination, and electrocardiographic examination shows: sinus tachycardia or T-wave abnormalities, myocardial ischemia in some leads and other varying degrees of myocardial damage. Treatment In case of severe infection, 100ml ofloxacin was administered intravenously twice/day, and the drug was stopped 3 days after the pain disappeared. Shuchitong 40mg/time orally, 3 times a day, and ginseng injection 40ml in glucose solution 1 time/day, 15 days for a course, after the end of the electrocardiogram review. Judgment criteria of efficacy: symptoms and signs completely disappeared, and the ECG was normal. Effective: Symptoms and signs basically disappeared. ECG shows: no myocardial ischemia, only some T wave abnormalities. Ineffective: Symptoms and signs are relieved, no change in ECG.
