Uveitis is a very complex disease, and its treatment has always been a difficult problem in the ophthalmic neighborhood. The correct diagnosis and treatment are directly related to the prognosis of visual function and even the quality of life of the affected eye. According to the author’s clinical experience over the years, most patients with uveitis can maintain a normal life and uveitis can be better controlled if they are given reasonable treatment and if they can follow medical advice and pay proper attention to their daily life. However, in clinical practice, we often encounter patients with generalized diagnosis, who are not fully aware of the disease, overly worried or do not pay good attention to the disease, hormone abuse or inadequate, resulting in recurrent inflammation and eventual blindness; or because of unnecessary or incorrect hormone use has a negative impact on the quality of life, which is very painful.
