How is invasive adenocarcinoma treated?

Lung adenocarcinoma can be clinically divided into non-infiltrative and infiltrative adenocarcinomas. Non-infiltrative lung adenocarcinomas are usually carcinoma in situ or atypical hyperplastic adenomas. Invasive adenocarcinoma can be further divided into microinvasive and invasive adenocarcinoma. For invasive adenocarcinoma, especially those with micropapillary or airway spread, rehabilitation therapy is very important because this type of patients often requires relevant adjuvant therapy. Microinvasive is less advocated to do too much treatment in clinic now, but for patients with invasive, they must do treatment, such as surgery, targeted therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy, immunotherapy, which has more or less influence on recovery.
