How to relieve back pain during menstruation

Lumbar pain during menstruation is mainly caused by the temporary non-recovery of the uterine compression of the lumbar vertebrae during pregnancy, as well as excessive exertion during labor and delivery, etc. It can be relieved by rest, use of massage appliances, hot compresses, medication and other means.
