Why do you need surgery?

II. Surgical method
After local anesthesia, use the foreskin ring, place it into the inner foreskin, tie the ring with a silk thread, cut off the excess foreskin, and the operation is completed; wait for about 2 weeks after the operation, the foreskin ring will fall off naturally, and the treatment is finished.
III. Pre-operative preparation
1.No infectious disease, such as: cold, pneumonia, diarrhea, etc.; age of surgery: children above 5 years old, able to cooperate with the physician.
2.The skin of the operation area needs to be washed before the operation.
The risks of surgery
1. Bleeding during and after surgery;

IV. Post-operative precautions
1. Antibiotics: (over 30 kg): Ampicillin (ampicillin capsules) 1-2 capsules/time 3 times/day
Pain management: (generally no need to use) pain relief tablet 1 tablet once at night or take when in pain
2. spray the wound and foreskin ring with complex iodine after bathing and urinating; (buy complex iodine at the pharmacy by yourself, 0.9 yuan / vial, and buy a small spray bottle)
Potassium permanganate powder: 1:5000 soak small jj, 5-10 minutes / time 3 times / day.
3, reduce exercise, not strenuous activities, in the case of low activity, you can go to work or school;
4.When resting, you can choose to pad under the buttocks (small pillow or small blanket) – to prevent edema;
5, the yellowish-white secretion visible in the foreskin after surgery, not pus, can be swabbed away; if there is a harder scab, can be soaked, cotton swabs swabbed away; foreskin edge slightly red, is the filament stimulation reaction;
6, if the penis is painful during normal activities (due to friction with pants), use gauze to wrap the penis;
7, wear loose pants, do not wear triangular shorts and tight jeans, children can wear open crotch pants;
8, at home can drink more water, more urination;
9, diet to suspend spicy food, such as: chili, ginger, as well as seafood, beef, etc.
10, 2-3 weeks after surgery, if the circumcision ring does not fall off, you need to come to the hospital to remove;
11.After the ring falls off, you can come to the hospital for follow-up;
Note: When the foreskin ring starts to fall off, there will often be redness and swelling in the circumcised area, there is no need to be nervous, it is a normal phenomenon, continue to disinfect with complex iodine.
