The current so-called minimally invasive circumcision surgery is a procedure performed using a foreskin anastomosis or a commercial ring. In the first step, a nerve block anesthesia at the root of the penis is required, and for some children who cannot cooperate with the surgery, general anesthesia can be used for the surgery. In the second step, the narrow ring of the foreskin is cut open to expose the head of the penis and the coronal sulcus. In the third step, the excess foreskin is removed using a foreskin anastomosis or a commercial ring. In the fourth step, the foreskin anastomosis is removed and gauze is applied with pressure, while the commercial ring is kept if the commercial ring is used.
