Most of the breast cancer patients have some dysfunction due to axillary lymph node dissection and some dysfunction due to tissue damage, so it is important to do the exercise as soon as possible. Generally speaking, functional exercise is divided into four stages: 1. In the first stage, about 1-3 days after surgery, you should first exercise your fingers, wrist and elbow joints, which means the process of exercise is from far to near; 2. The second phase of exercise starts about 4-7 days after surgery. 3. 7-14 days after surgery, the third phase of exercise is to do unilateral limb elevation. This practice is to sit vertically, then face the wall, put your fingers on the wall, gradually do the climbing movement, then wait until you reach a certain level of climbing, you can pause, and then slowly put down the movement, so that the round trip movement is repeated, you can gradually enhance the intensity and time of exercise, this is the third stage; 4. The fourth stage is about two weeks after the surgery, you have to exercise the shoulder joint activities. At this time, the shoulder joint activities can include front and back, up and down, left and right functional exercises, until the normal functional level is reached.
