Laparoscopic surgery is a newly developed minimally invasive approach and is an inevitable trend in the development of future surgical methods. With the rapid advancement of industrial manufacturing technology, the integration of related disciplines has laid a firm foundation for the development of new techniques and methods, which, together with the increasingly skillful operation of physicians, has led to the fact that many past open surgeries have now been replaced by intracavitary surgery, greatly increasing the chances of surgical options. Compared with traditional surgery, laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of small incision, little pain and fast recovery, which is very popular among patients, especially because of the small postoperative scar and aesthetic requirements, which are more readily accepted by young patients, especially the majority of female patients. Minimally invasive surgery is the general trend and goal of surgical development. At present, generally speaking, most gynecological surgeries can be completed by laparoscopic surgery. Gynecological laparoscopic surgery for tubal lesions (1) Tubal ligation for contraception: This is the first laparoscopic surgery to be performed. We can use electric fever, clamps or plastic rings to cut off the tubal tubes and achieve the purpose of contraception. (2) Management of ectopic pregnancy: due to ultrasound and beta-HCG lateralization, laparoscopic diagnosis and surgical management of early ectopic pregnancy has become the main treatment modality. (3) Tubal plastic surgery: This is mainly for cases of infertility caused by tubal obstruction, and we can perform laparoscopic detachment of tubal and ovarian adhesions, tubal umbilical plastic surgery and tubal ostomy.
