Blood in the leukorrhea after menstruation may be caused by undrained menstrual blood, ovulation bleeding, endometritis and so on.

4. Cervical diseases: cervicitis, cervical polyps, pre-cancerous lesions of the cervix or cervical cancer may also cause blood in the leukorrhea after menstruation.
