Food does not have the special effect of brain tonic and memory enhancement.
Food does not have the special effect of brain tonic and memory enhancement, but food contains protein, vitamins, trace elements and other substances, which can supplement the nutrients needed by students, and have a certain nutritional value for the good growth and development of students. Students’ diet is important, but memory enhancement is not achieved by eating one or two kinds of food.
Except for breast milk and formula milk for infants within 6 months of age, no single food can satisfy all the nutrients needed by students. Only by consuming a variety of foods with appropriate levels of energy and nutrients can we satisfy our students’ body’s need for a variety of nutrients, which is beneficial to the healthy development of the nervous system and helps to enhance memory.
A balanced diet requires a variety of foods, mainly cereals, coarse and fine combinations; eat more vegetables, fruits and potatoes in moderation; eat milk, soybeans or their products every day; often eat an appropriate amount of fish, poultry, eggs and lean animal meat; reduce the amount of cooking oil, eat light and less salty meals; reasonable distribution of the three meals, snacks should be appropriate.
In addition, students can also help enhance their memory by getting a good night’s sleep, increasing physical exercise as appropriate, relieving psychological stress and relaxing.
