From the 2012 China Tumor Registry Annual Report, we learned that 6 people are diagnosed with cancer every minute in China. The annual report shows that there are about 3.12 million new cases of tumors each year, or an average of 8,550 people per day, and six people are diagnosed with cancer every minute in the country. Among them, the incidence rate of breast cancer in women is the first. The first tumor incidence rate for women is breast cancer, which is significantly higher than the incidence rate of other cancers. It is increasing at a rate of 2-3% per year. Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously affects women’s physical and mental health and even threatens their lives. Early detection, early treatment and prevention are very important. Modern medicine has been developing the examination methods, surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. In 1996, the International Health Organization (WHO) published “Meeting the Challenges of the 21st Century” – Medicine in the 21st Century, in which it is clear that Western medicine is developing from “disease medicine” to “health medicine”; From the emphasis on treatment to prevention; from the development of allopathic treatment for the source of disease to holistic treatment. From the emphasis on the improvement of the disease to the improvement of the human ecological environment; from group treatment to individual treatment; from biological treatment to integrated treatment of mind and body; from the emphasis on the role of the doctor to the patient’s self-care; and from disease-centered to patient-centered medical services. How TCM can play a role in breast cancer prevention and treatment is a question worthy of consideration. The application of the idea of “treating the disease before it happens” in Chinese medicine is a guiding role in breast cancer prevention and treatment. The idea of “treating the untreated” in TCM originates from the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine, which has a history of more than 2,000 years. In Su Wen? It is said in the “Four Qi Regulating Spirituality” that “the sage does not treat the sick to treat the unwell, and does not treat the chaos to treat the unrest. The idea of “treating the untreated” has been given great importance by successive generations of doctors and even modern medicine. According to modern medical theory, the health state of the population is divided into three kinds: one is the healthy state before the disease; the second is the state before the disease; the third is the state before the disease is transmitted. Therefore, “treating the untreated disease” is aimed at these three states and has the functions of nurturing the untreated disease to prevent it before it occurs, treating the desired disease to prevent it and treating the existing disease early to prevent its transmission. I. Correlation study between TCM physical characteristics and TCM symptoms in breast cancer patients Shenzhen Zhang Li [1] used a descriptive epidemiological cross-sectional survey to analyze the TCM physical types and TCM symptoms of breast cancer patients by questionnaire method. Among the 132 breast cancer patients, 4.9% were Qi-depressed, 25.8% were Qi-vacant, 15.2% were Blood-stasis, 9.1% were Phlegm-damp, 6.1% were Damp-heat, and 3.0% were Yin-deficiency. There was a significant positive correlation between qi yu and liver qi stagnation type (P<0.O1); qi deficiency and qi deficiency type (P<0.O1); stasis of blood and punch disorder type (P<0.05), and yin deficiency and yin deficiency type (P<0.05). The Qi-yu quality is a body type with an unstable introversion, depression and fragility, and sensitivity and anxiety due to long-term emotional and mental disorders and Qi stagnation. Habit of holding emotions in the heart, the surface of the calm. Characteristics: 1, depressed, emotionally fragile, bored; 2, sentimental, depressed, restless; 3, often sigh for no reason, easy to panic, easy insomnia; 4, easily frightened, easy to feel afraid when things happen; 5, light red tongue, thin white moss, hypochondriac or breast pain; the formation of qi-yu quality is the sum of the patient's congenital physical factors and acquired growth environment, personality, psychological and other characteristics The formation of qi-yu quality is the result of the combination of the patient's congenital physical factors and acquired characteristics such as growth environment, personality and psychology. Modern medicine has found that breast cancer patients have a certain hereditary tendency to be anxious, with a biphasic character of depression and irritability [2], which coincides with the intrinsic characteristics of the TCM constitution of breast cancer patients. Second, breast cancer is related to emotional factors According to the etiology of Chinese medicine, emotional factors are one of the important causes for the occurrence of the disease. In Su Wen? In the Treatise on Pain, it is stated that "all diseases are born from qi". If the seven emotions are too extreme, the qi will be out of balance, the flow of qi, blood and fluid will be obstructed, and the function of the internal organs will be disrupted, which will inevitably cause the occurrence of diseases. In the theory of Chinese medicine, liver and emotions are the most closely related, and malfunction of liver drainage will lead to depression and irritability. The breast is located in the chest, and in terms of meridians, the meridians of the breast are mainly related to the liver and stomach. If the liver is not drained, liver qi will easily injure the spleen, and if the spleen is deficient, phlegm will not be transformed; if liver qi is stagnant for a long time, it will cause blood stasis, which will be depressed in the breast and form breast cancer [3]. Therefore, the importance of mental regulation can be seen in the treatment of breast disorders by medical practitioners over the ages, who have often focused on relieving liver stagnation and regulating the emotions [4]. Various studies have confirmed that the rising incidence of breast cancer in modern women is associated with mental overload to a considerable extent. Therefore, taking some corresponding measures to alleviate negative psychological emotions and moderate emotional regulation can effectively reduce the incidence of breast cancer. In Chinese medicine, breast cancer belongs to the category of "breast rock" and "breast stone carbuncle". Its etiology is most closely related to emotional depression, while deficiency of positive energy is also an intrinsic cause of its development. According to the book "Surgery", "depression hurts the liver, thinking hurts the spleen, accumulating thoughts in the heart, and those who wish to be unambitious, cause the meridians to become gangrenous and nucleated, at first as big as beans, gradually like chess pieces, half a year, two years, three years, without pain, but gradually bigger and bigger, beginning to have pain, pain is not solved, later swelling like a pile of corn, or like a compound bowl, purple gas is filthy, gradually ulcerated, deep as a rock cave, convex like a pan lotus, pain is connected to the heart, bleeding is smelly. The pain is even heart, bleeding is smelly, when the five organs are all decay, the name of the day breast rock". It is pointed out that the internal injury of emotion and depression is an important factor in the development of this disease. The treatment of breast cancer in Chinese medicine is based on the following principles: before the disease is diagnosed, take care of it; if the disease has already been diagnosed, try to detect and treat it as early as possible; if the disease is already diagnosed, be careful to prevent the spread of the disease, and firstly, take care of the place that has not been affected by the evil (soft tissue, liver, lung, brain and bone). In terms of treatment, we adopt the principles of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying Qi and blood, tonifying kidneys and strengthening spleen, clearing heat and detoxifying toxins, softening hardness and dispersing nodules, and attacking toxins with toxins. Chinese medicine has been used to treat both the symptoms and the root cause of breast cancer. It has obvious advantages in reducing the toxic side effects of radiotherapy, improving clinical symptoms, preventing complications, enhancing the body's immune function, improving the quality of survival, and reducing the risk of recurrence and metastasis. Preventing diseases before they happen. Prevent disease before it happens. The methods of preventing before the disease are: (J) reasonable diet and treating before the disease, balanced diet, moderate diet, and choosing foods beneficial to cancer prevention. (2) Exercise and treating the untreated disease, adhering to 1 h of exercise daily can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 20% (3) Emotional and mental adjustment and treating the untreated disease, cultivating the mind and nurturing the nature, having a peaceful mind, regulating the spirit and being contented and happy (4) Identifying the physical constitution and treating the untreated disease, balancing the function of the internal organs, replenishing their deficiencies. Loss of its surplus. Early treatment of the disease is the pathogenesis of prevention, which contains two layers of meaning. One of them is to take certain intervention measures for clinically benign diseases. Most women, who usually have breast discomfort or are found to have benign breast disease or other suspicious conditions during physical examination, still do not pay enough attention to it and do not actively do further examination and treatment and miss the opportunity [5]. Clinical studies have shown [6] that the clinical efficacy of TCM on cystic hyperplasia of the breast ranged from 82% to 96.55%, indicating the feasibility of TCM in blocking and reversing precancerous lesions of breast cancer. Secondly, it refers to patients who have developed breast cancer. Early detection and diagnosis through physical examination and early treatment. There are various methods of TCM in the treatment of breast enlargement. From 3 different perspectives of understanding meridians, adjusting meridians and taking care of meridians, traditional methods of TCM such as TCM herbs, acupuncture, fire pot, acupuncture stone, gua sha and wax therapy are applied, which have obvious improvement effects on breast enlargement and breast pain. In our department, we apply the method of acupuncture point embedding and breast meridian dredging to relieve breast pain with obvious effect and soften the hyperplastic masses [7] [8]. Therefore, TCM treatment has a positive effect on the prevention and occurrence of breast cancer.
