Reducing breast cancer by regulating bad moods

Breast cancer was once called the “killer of women” and is one of the malignant tumors that seriously affects women’s physical and mental health and even threatens their lives. According to some data, the incidence of breast cancer is increasing, and it is the first malignant tumor among women, and the incidence of breast cancer is getting younger and younger. The cause of breast cancer is not very clear, but Chinese and Western scholars believe that it is closely related to emotions. According to Chinese medicine, the liver passes through the breasts, and unregulated emotions, unrestrained liver qi and unrestrained qi and blood will easily lead to breast cancer. In the Qing dynasty, “Feng’s Secret Book of the Jin Pouch”, there is: “Women who are worried, angry and depressed, accumulate at night, spleen temper is blocked, liver qi is rebellious, qi and blood are lost, tendons lose nutrition, depression and phlegm become hidden nucleus, …… accumulation of gradually bigger and bigger, several years and the internal ulcer is deep rotten, called breast rock”. A detailed description of the occurrence and development of breast cancer is given. Some scholars have analyzed the evidence-based medical investigation of adverse life events, including marital and family problems, work and study problems, social life problems, interpersonal relationships, and self-health problems, between patients with breast cancer diagnosed in hospital breast departments and patients with benign breast diseases who were hospitalized at the same time, and the results showed that the breast cancer group encountered significantly more adverse life events than the control group, indicating that emotional factors have a relationship with breast cancer. Modern medical research suggests that adverse life events can act as a stressor, acting on the human body to produce adverse mental stimulation, causing stress to life, work and study, and by affecting neurological, endocrine and immune functions, making the immune supervision ability diminished and having an impact on the occurrence and development of tumor. Emotional factors may be one of the triggers of breast cancer. Regulating bad emotion is useful to reduce the occurrence of breast cancer. How to regulate it? Several methods are introduced: 1. Deep breathing: it can increase the oxygen in the blood, which is good for relaxation; 2. Listening to music: choosing music that can cheer people up can help make people feel happy. Such as “Spring River Flowers and Moonlight”, etc. 3, exercise: oxygen-consuming exercise (such as running, sprinting, swimming, cycling, etc.) is an effective way to change the bad mood. Exercise is more effective than taking medication in lifting the spirit. It is recommended to exercise 3-5 times a week, at least 20 to 40 minutes each time, to help lift the spirits of people. Yoga and tai chi are especially recommended. 4, the use of food and color: delicious food can make people temporarily get rid of life’s troubles. Light colors (such as green, etc.) have the effect of easing anxiety and tension, and avoid red. 5, confide in: confide in relatives and friends about their worries, grievances, etc. If you feel that confiding in relatives, friends and colleagues are inappropriate, you can vent your bad mood by writing a diary or finding a counselor. After some catharsis, your boredom will be able to get a certain degree of resolution, while there may be many useful “point” or comfort. 6, travel: when we put our bodies and minds into the fresh air of nature, beautiful scenery, bright light, pleasant people, bad mood will naturally disappear. If these are not improved then we need to see a doctor. Chinese medicine is unique in this regard. The traditional Chinese medicine, Prozac, which has been handed down for thousands of years, is a great remedy to improve your mood. You can also use some traditional Chinese medicine methods such as massage, acupuncture, and fire cupping to let out the liver qi and regulate the body.
