Nucleic acid self-test kit contains test card, disposable collector, sample extraction tube, instruction manual, which is needed for sample collection, antigen detection and so on.
1. Pre-test preparation: please wash your hands first, then take out the test card, lay it flat on the desktop, check the expiration date on the outer box, do not use it after the expiration date.
2. Sample collection: take out the disposable collector, be careful not to touch the sampling head, head slightly elevated, grab the end of the sampler from one of the nostrils into the bottom of the lower nasal passage slowly into 1~1.5cm, rotate 5 times (stay time is more than 15 seconds), the opposite side of the same operation.
3. Antigen detection: insert the sampler into the extraction tube, the sampling head deep into the solution completely immersed, rotate a few times, squeeze the lower part of the sample extraction tube, and leave it for 1 minute. Lift the sampling head, squeeze, then withdraw it and cap the sample extraction tube, unscrew the small cap on the top of the sample extraction tube. Remove the test card and lay it flat, add 4 drops of treated sample to the spiking hole of the test card and read the result in 10~15 minutes.
4. Post-test disposal: Dispose of the used items in a reasonable manner according to waste and wash your hands again.
5. Interpretation of results: The presence of two bars indicates that new coronavirus antigen has been detected in the sample and new coronavirus is suspected, so please report immediately and isolate and consult the doctor according to the prevention and control regulations.
