Nose is often out of breath, nasal congestion causes more, often by chronic simple rhinitis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, nasal polyps, nasal septum deviation and other reasons.
1. Chronic simple rhinitis: it can cause vasodilatation of nasal mucosa, congestion and enlargement of nasal turbinates, which can lead to intermittent, alternating and postural nasal congestion.
2. Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis: hyperplasia of nasal mucosa and submucosal tissues, hypertrophy of turbinate, which is prone to persistent nasal obstruction.
3. Nasal polyps: Nasal polyps can affect the ventilation function of the nasal cavity. If the small polyps generally have little effect, but the larger will appear poor ventilation, too large is blocked nasal cavity, there will be persistent nasal congestion and aggravation of the performance.
4. Nasal septum deviation: Nasal septum morphology is abnormal, occurring deviation or localized protrusion, will cause nasal cavity dysfunction, nasal congestion can occur. The degree and nature of nasal congestion are related to the type of deviation and whether the inferior turbinate has compensatory hypertrophy.
The causes of nasal congestion are more than one, it is recommended to actively go to the hospital for relevant examinations, in order to clarify the diagnosis.
