What to do if your teeth are in the wrong order

If the misalignment is due to periapical inflammation of the milk teeth or retained milk teeth, it can be treated by surgery or extraction of the retained teeth. If the disorder is caused by apical periodontitis or retained milk teeth, the child needs to go to a specialized dental clinic for treatment. In cases of apical periodontitis, root canal treatment is needed to control the inflammation, and extraction is recommended if the inflammation is not properly controlled. If a retained baby tooth is interfering with the normal growth of the tooth, the retained baby tooth will need to be extracted. Usually, if a child’s teeth grow out of sequence, but eventually all the teeth grow out healthily, there is no need to carry out related treatment, but if the child is suffering from related dental diseases, then the diseased teeth need to be dealt with. If your child’s teeth are out of order, accompanied by obvious pain or delayed loss of milk teeth, it is recommended that you take your child to the relevant dental hospital for timely treatment.
