Prevention in patients with motor arousal or depression

The idea that pre-intervention, intervention and post-intervention should be used to reduce stress adjustment disorders has been proposed. Pre-intervention selects individuals or groups that are prone to stress adaptation disorders and conducts systematic and planned psychological training. Research shows that progressive muscle relaxation training, imagination, biofeedback training, etc. can improve immune function to varying degrees. Through psychological training, positive emotions and positive coping scores can be significantly increased, thereby improving the stress tolerance of officers and soldiers. Ex post intervention refers to the provision of a series of psychological methods and techniques to individuals who have experienced stress, the most commonly used being psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Post-event intervention is the treatment of identified post-traumatic stress disorder and other conditions. If the source of stress is eliminated, symptoms tend to be brief in duration, with a good prognosis and complete remission. Reducing the stimulating effects of intense, unusual mental stimuli, life events, or ongoing dilemmas can have a preventive effect.
