Common triggers of recurrent tendonitis

Tenosynovitis is a disease in which the tendon sheath tissue becomes inflamed and fibrous due to frequent activity or excessive force or chronic cold stimulation in a short period of time, causing the tendon sheath to thicken, resulting in narrowing of the sheath canal and restricting the movement of the tendon within the sheath canal, and the inflammatory reaction causes local pain. Many patients who are diagnosed with tenosynovitis show great disbelief, thinking that they have not done anything to harm their health, how can they suffer from this disease? In fact, the occurrence of tenosynovitis is closely related to our lives. Common causes: 1. Especially the finger parts of the cold, frostbite, it is easy to form tendinitis, and sometimes the root of the disease, so we must pay attention to the warm. 4, infection: if they suffer from diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and infectious diseases, it is likely that the inflammation of these diseases will induce tendon sheath infection inflammation, the formation of tenosynovitis. The main prevention of tenosynovitis should be to change the various bad habits and activities that induce the disease, avoid repeated friction activities, reduce local stimulation, etc. 2, continuous work time should not be too long, after work, to rub rub fingers and wrists, and then hot water bubble hands. 3, in the cold season, pay attention to the cold to keep warm, to avoid cold or frostbite. 4.Actively prevent and treat diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and other infectious diseases.
