4. Spleen and stomach solid heat syndrome: spleen and stomach solid heat syndrome can be added to clear the stomach meridian, clearing the large intestine, clearing the small intestine, beating the horse across the Tianhe River, retreating the six internal organs, pushing the lower abdomen and so on in order to reduce heat.
5. Yin deficiency and internal heat: Yin deficiency and internal heat can be achieved by tonifying the lung meridian, tonifying the spleen meridian, tonifying the kidney meridian, transporting the internal laogong, rubbing the foot, pushing the Yongquan, kneading the spine, etc. to achieve the efficacy of benefiting the qi and nourishing yin and clearing the heat.
