Why do you have acne?

Acne is a type of acne with many causes, including endocrine factors, abnormal keratinization of perifollicular sebaceous gland ducts, hereditary factors, bacterial infections, and bad lifestyle habits.
1. Endocrine factors: acne usually develops during puberty and will reduce or heal itself after puberty, so androgens play an important role in the development of acne. If there is too much androgen in the body, it will lead to an increase in sebum secretion, thus leading to the formation of acne.
2. Abnormal keratinization of perifollicular sebaceous gland ducts: If the skin follicle sebaceous gland ducts are over-keratinized, making the ducts smaller and narrower, sebum can not be discharged out of the body in time, and acne will also appear.
3. Genetic factors: acne has a family heredity, if the parents have acne, the next generation has a higher chance of suffering from acne.
4. Bacterial infections: If the skin is infected by bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes, acne will also form easily.
5. Bad lifestyle habits: Not paying attention to diet, staying up late or washing your face frequently can cause acne.
There are many reasons for acne, so it is advisable to consult a doctor for a detailed consultation.
