Sinus rhythm ST-T alteration is a condition in which the electrocardiogram shows a change in vectorial science. In this case, the pacing point of the patient’s conduction is within the normal range and is caused by the impulse of conduction in the sinus node, which is a sinus rhythm, and the most common factor is myocardial ischemia due to various causes, such as physiological and pathological factors. In physiological factors, such as excessive mental stress, anxiety, poor rest and sleep, excessive fatigue, or heavy alcohol, strong coffee, or strong tea consumption, the patient may have this change. Under pathological factors, such as patients with various factors leading to arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, or myocarditis, heart failure, or patients with thyroid dysfunction, can cause ST-T changes.
