Vulvar chancroid, also known as vulvar cyst, is found in the perineum intradermally or subdermally, with a diameter of about 1cm, in a round shape, with single or multiple lumps, with a hard texture, slightly elevated on the surface of the skin, which can move with the skin, and there is no opening on the surface of the skin, and the content of the lumps is keratinized protein. The cyst grows slowly and has no special symptoms. If combined with an infection, symptoms such as redness, swelling, heat and pain may occur. The formation of vulvar acne is caused by obstruction of the sebaceous gland ducts of hair follicles, or it may be caused by the residual tissue of the ectodermal lobe that has differentiated to the epidermis or by surgical trauma, and it is recommended that surgical local excision be given in order to prevent recurrence.
