Sequelae of neocoronavirus, i.e. sequelae of neocoronavirus pneumonia, have not been shown to include gray hair among the sequelae of neocoronavirus pneumonia, but the possibility that sequelae of neocoronavirus pneumonia may lead to gray hair cannot be ruled out.
Most patients with neocoronaryngitis have a favorable prognosis, and current studies suggest that possible sequelae include more mild sequelae such as fatigue, muscle weakness, and loss of smell, as well as more severe sequelae such as dyspnea, chest pain, and palpitations. Occasionally, persistent headaches, diarrhea, bone pain, impaired kidney function, poor concentration, depressed mood, anxiety, stroke, and cognitive impairment are seen.
The disease does not directly cause gray hair, but the possibility of the above sequelae leading to gray hair cannot be ruled out.
Gray hair refers to the phenomenon of partial or total whitening of hair. It can be caused by physiological factors, heredity, disease or mental factors. Disease factors include the sequelae of new crown pneumonia, which may lead to malnutrition and thus the formation of gray hair, while the existence of sequelae may affect the patient’s mental state and thus lead to gray hair.
Suspected sequelae of new crown should go to the hospital in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor to identify the causes of active treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
