If there is a slight concussion or cerebral hemorrhage after a CT or MRI examination, prompt treatment is needed. If it is determined that there is no intracranial injury by CT or MRI, but only soft tissue contusion, then no treatment can be received, and the main focus is on rest and recuperation.
