What to do when your child’s replacement teeth grow out of position

If your child’s replacement teeth are not in position to grow, it may be caused by the absence of milk teeth, malformed eruption of permanent teeth, or multiple teeth. It can be treated by tooth extraction and arch expansion.
1. Breast teeth not falling out: If the child’s breast teeth do not fall out during tooth replacement and the new teeth do not have a position to grow, the breast teeth should be extracted in time to prevent the new teeth from growing crooked.
2. Permanent teeth eruption deformity: If the permanent teeth erupt deformity, growth position deviation caused by the permanent teeth, you can wait for the permanent teeth in a non-normal position to grow before extraction, or to do the expansion of the arch of orthodontic treatment. It is to expand the dental arch so that each tooth can be moved to the correct position.
3. Extra teeth: If your child’s teeth are not in the right position due to extra teeth, you will need to remove the extra teeth.
Your child should go to the hospital for regular checkups to check the growth of the teeth, and seek medical attention for any abnormalities, so as to avoid more serious consequences.
