How to check for vaginal cramps?

The examination for vaginal cramps includes the following.
Physical examination for a careful local examination, including visual examination of the vulva, vaginal finger examination, whether the cervix is painful to lift, and whether there is tenderness in the main cervical ligament and iliac ligament. Inflammatory diseases of the uterus and adnexa and ovarian prolapse are ruled out by double colectomy. Vaginal cramps during intercourse sometimes do not occur during gynecologic examination, but if the examining finger presses backward on the lower part of the vaginal wall, the cramps are often detected.
Routine blood tests can cause an increase in white blood cells if there is inflammation.
Ultrasonography may have positive findings in those with pelvic swelling and pain.
