Cardiac arrest should immediately put the patient lying down, determine the patient’s vital signs, consciousness, respiration, heartbeat, if none of the above, should be immediately loosened to give chest heart compression and artificial respiration for rescue treatment, and at the same time to call 120 emergency telephone. The first aiders should put the root of one palm on the lower 1/3 of the patient’s sternum, and the other hand overlaps and presses on the back of this hand, both hands overlap in parallel, both arms straighten naturally, and the pressing part is located in the middle and lower 1/3 of the sternum. By pressing the sternum vertically with the palms and shoulders of both hands, the heart is squeezed, and the squeezing pressure should be moderate, forcing the blood out of the heart and restoring blood circulation. Effective artificial respiration should be performed at the same time as chest compressions. After one cycle of chest compressions, the first-aider presses the patient’s forehead with one hand to tilt the head back, and raises the chin (chin) with the other hand. At the same time, use the fingers to remove foreign objects from the patient’s mouth and nasal cavity. Open the airway and give artificial respiration, pinching the patient’s nose and taking mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration. The patient’s nose is pinched and mouth-to-mouth respiration is given. For every 30 chest compressions, 2 artificial breaths are given, and the patient’s vital signs are rechecked after 5 consecutive sets in the ratio of 30:2. Wait until medical professionals arrive to resuscitate. Once cardiac arrest occurs, immediate resuscitation measures need to be taken, and at the same time, call 120 emergency telephone, timely admission to the hospital for treatment.
