What is reflux pharyngitis? How to treat

  Reflux pharyngitis is caused by the reflux of digestive juices from the stomach into the throat via the esophagus, causing discomfort in the throat. Treatment is mainly anti-reflux treatment to suppress stomach acid. The main drug treatment is omeprazole enteric tablets or capsules: one capsule is taken orally half an hour before breakfast and dinner for 2-3 months. The following three points need to be noted: 1, the diet should be a small number of meals, should not be too full; low-fat diet; prohibit smoking, alcohol, strong tea, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, etc..  2, forbidden to eat too cold, too hot, too acid, too spicy, too sweet food. Eat less lemon, citrus fruits, tomatoes and stimulating spices, such as curry, pepper, mint, chili, etc.  3, 3 hours before bedtime do not eat, should also avoid lying flat after meals.
