What are the stages of a child’s cold

Children’s colds are generally categorized into three stages, namely, the initial stage of cold, the infected stage and the recovery stage. 1. Early stage of colds: symptoms are mild, often characterized by nasal congestion and runny nose, sore throat, sneezing or mild fever, adequate rest, light diet, pay attention to warmth and so on. 2. Infectious period: belongs to the peak of the cold, mainly due to the virus caused by the inflammatory response, resulting in the body to release a variety of inflammatory mediators acting on various cells. Generally, the symptoms are more serious, and there may be high fever and chills, coughing and sputum, muscle aches and pains, abdominal pain and diarrhea. 3.
