What is vaginal cleanliness

Vaginal cleanliness is a routine white belt test used to determine the presence of vaginitis. Normally, there is no inflammation when the vagina is a bacterial environment and the flora are in a harmonious balance. The most abundant bacteria are Bacillus vaginalis, which are beneficial vaginal bacteria. Normally, cleanliness degree I to II means no inflammation. If the cleanliness is III to IV degree, it means there is vaginitis, then the examination will show more, or almost full field of white blood cells and other bacteria. This is when treatment is needed, usually based on external washing and vaginal medication, which can be used for about a week to cure.
