A tendon pulling pain in the right side of the waist may be related to the following causes: 1. There may be acute lumbar sprain. This type of disease is often due to the patient bending over to carry heavy objects, or bending over to pick up things, reaching for things in the process, there is a strain on one side of the lumbar muscles. In this case, the patient will feel severe pain on one side of the lower back and have very severe restriction of movement. Patients often cover their lower back with one hand and do not dare to walk with weight on the ground or sit down to rest. When patients touch the painful area with their hands, they often feel a spastic muscle stripe. 2. There may be a herniated disc in the lumbar spine. This type of disease is often due to old trauma to the patient’s lumbar region, or a long-term sitting or standing situation, resulting in rupture of the fibrous ring and protrusion of the nucleus pulposus, which then compresses the nerve root to produce tendon pain on one side of the lumbar region. 3. There may be a case of lumbar fasciitis. This condition is often caused by prolonged exposure to cold or poor posture, and the above symptoms may occur after aseptic inflammation of the deep fascia of the lumbar region.
