How to give first aid at the scene of severe trauma

Serious trauma on-site first aid mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Rapid assessment of injuries: the most basic requirement is to quickly assess whether the patient’s life is in danger, whether the vital signs are stable, and whether there are injuries affecting life; 2. Injuries caused by falling from height need to be assessed for cranio-cerebral injury, organ rupture, and spinal cord injury; 3. Implementation of first aid: carry out on-site first aid according to the results of injury assessment, implement artificial respiration and tracheal intubation if there is no breathing, or give simple respirator first aid if tracheal intubation is not possible under on-site conditions.
