Different cardiac ultrasound, the normal range is different, cardiac ultrasound can be divided into two-dimensional cardiac ultrasound, Doppler, left heart function of cardiac ultrasound, as follows.
1. For two-dimensional cardiac ultrasound ultrasound measurements: the normal value of the aortic internal diameter is less than 30 millimeters, the normal value of the pulmonary artery internal diameter is 12-26 millimeters, the normal value of the left ventricular posterior wall thickness is 6-12 millimeters, the normal value of the left intraventricular diameter is 45-50 millimeters, the normal value of the left atrial diameter is less than 30 millimeters, the normal value of the right intraventricular diameter is 7-23 millimeters, and the normal value of the right atrial internal diameter is 33-41 millimeters.
2. According to Doppler measurements; the flow velocity of the mitral valve orifice is usually 0.3~0.9 m/s, the flow velocity of the aortic valve orifice is usually 1.0~1.7 m/s, the flow velocity of the tricuspid valve orifice is 0.6~0.9 m/s, and the flow velocity of the pulmonary valve orifice is 0.6~0.9 m/s.
3. For the left heart function of the heart ultrasound measurement value: end-diastolic volume normal value 108 ± 24 ml, end-systolic volume normal value 45 ± 16 ml, end-diastolic internal diameter normal value 35 ~ 55 mm, ejection fraction normal value 50% ~ 70%, shortening fraction normal value 30% ~ 45%, left ventricular ejection fraction normal value 55% ~ 80%, the E peak and the A peak ratio of the normal value is greater than 1.
