Oxyfloxacin, that is, ofloxacin eye drops, is not very different from levofloxacin eye drops, mainly in terms of the effective cure rate of various types of eye diseases and so on. Levofloxacin eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops are quinolone antibiotic eye drops, levofloxacin is the levorotatory body of ofloxacin, there is not much difference between the two essentially, mainly for the treatment of keratitis, conjunctivitis, and other ocular diseases caused by a variety of bacterial infections. The difference between the two is mainly manifested in the therapeutic effect on a variety of eye diseases. Taking keratitis, conjunctivitis and other diseases as an example, the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin eye drops in the clinical trial was 93.3% and 91.6%, while the therapeutic effect of of ofloxacin eye drops was 95.5% and 97.1%, respectively. In addition to the difference in the cure rate of ocular bacteria, the two drugs were used in clinical trials as the main means of aseptic chemotherapy method for patients during ophthalmic surgery, respectively, and the aseptic effect of levofloxacin eye drops in the postoperative period was around 70.0%, while there was basically no postoperative infections in the cases of of ofloxacin eye drops. In summary, although there were some differences in the therapeutic effects of the two eye drops, the actual difference was not significant. Patients with keratitis or other diseases can be treated with medication strictly in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
