Breast cancer her2-positive pCR is defined as a patient with molecularly typed her2-positive breast cancer who has achieved complete remission of the pathology after neoadjuvant therapy. Patient her2 positivity is defined as the presence of pathologic findings suggestive of a her2 gene mutation or high expression, which is an indicator of a poor prognosis for breast cancer. Breast cancer pCR is defined as a patient who has undergone preoperative neoadjuvant therapy followed by surgical resection, with postoperative pathology suggesting a pathologic complete remission. The pCR suggests that the patient’s neoadjuvant therapy has a good therapeutic effect, and is an assessment indicator of a good prognosis for breast cancer patients in the clinic. Generally, breast cancer patients who have achieved pCR no longer need to be given adjuvant chemotherapy to fight the tumor after surgery. In this context pCR means pathologic complete remission!
