Women should also avoid tub baths and prohibit intercourse during menstruation. During menstruation, it is important to keep warm and prevent colds. At the same time, pay attention to vulvar cleanliness, wash with warm water daily, but do not douche the vagina. Choose good quality varieties of sanitary products and change them frequently. Wear some loose and breathable underwear and change them daily.
