3. Release from isolation management, post-discharge precautions: Release from isolation management or post-discharge continue to carry out home health monitoring for 7 days, wear a mask, live in a well-ventilated single room if possible, reduce close and close contact with family members, share meals and diets, practice good hand hygiene, and avoid outdoor activities.
