Xisumi generic name azithromycin suspension, different cases of different uses, such as for pediatric pharyngitis, tonsillitis, a day according to the body weight of 12mg/kg at once, for 5 days.
Azithromycin suspension is mainly used for sinusitis, otitis media, acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, pneumonia caused by sensitive bacteria.
For pediatric pneumonia, otitis media, the first day the recommended dosage of 10mg/kg by weight orally once (not more than 0.5g), the second to five days, continue to use the recommended dose of 5mg/kg daily by weight tonic (not more than 0.25g).
When this product is used for pediatric tonsillitis and pharyngitis, the recommended dose is 12mg/kg of body weight per day in a single dose (not more than 0.5g a day), used for 5 consecutive days.
Common adverse reactions to this product include diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and pain at the injection site, etc. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to azithromycin, erythromycin, other macrolides or ketolactones.
