What is the difference between autologous fat breast augmentation and breast implants?

We can add several cups at a time with breast implants, as big as we want. But will it be the same with autologous fat transfer (breast augmentation)? Can I get as big as I want? Actually it is not like that! Because we have a survival rate problem with fat augmentation, we can’t inject too much fat at one time, too much fat is wasted and difficult to survive, and it may form nodules and so on. This is how we usually operate clinically; 100 to 300 ml (one side) at a time, why do we say the difference is so big? It has to do with the way we handle fat in the clinic. The clinical treatment of fat is a kind of resting fat, which contains a lot of water, or swollen fluid, so the real effective fat (cellular) content is limited, and this kind of fat can be played more. For concentrated (processed) fat and centrifugal (processed) fat, we can’t hit so much, which is a state we master clinically. There is also the problem of the local hitting level; let’s say we are hitting under the pectoralis major muscle, the gap between the gland and the muscle, and the subcutaneous and so on. But the gland is absolutely not allowed to play, this is the contraindication of self fat breast augmentation injection! The amount of fat that can be injected at one level is based on the clinician’s experience; for example, the control of the magnitude of the difference in the amount of injection, which is different from the way the doctor handles fat in the process of operation, and the amount is different from the category of fat we inject! Of course, if you inject 300ml (resting) fat, your breasts will increase a lot, but it contains more water, so it will become smaller as the swelling disappears or as the water is absorbed. Therefore, it is safe for us to inject 150 ml or less at a time, we don’t need more than that, we play 150 ml to increase one to two cups is no problem, this also has a relationship with the original foundation, the amount of injection and absorption survival are related, the survival rate varies from person to person, the way of local treatment, which doctor injected and so on have great differences! About survival how much, we generally explain to customers are 30 to 70 percent such a large span, this is the problem of individual differences, but also not our doctors can fully control the master. I routinely use this kind of concentrated fat, so we inject 150 ml of concentrated fat on one side, which is equivalent to more than 300 ml of ordinary treatment, the survival effect is still good, the first time the survival rate is a little bit worse, the second time to play the survival rate is much higher, and the local internal environment changes in a way that has a lot to do with the richness of blood in the local blood vessels and tissues after doing it once. The degree of blood is different. The change of the internal environment is conducive to the survival of the fat, so the survival rate is often higher when we inject it again for the second time.
