Psoriasis, also known as psoriasis, is a common and prevalent disease of the skin, which is also difficult to treat and has a hereditary nature. The first academic conference on psoriasis in China was held in Shanghai. There are about 3 million people suffering from this disease nationwide. There are different opinions on the pathogenesis of this disease. Lin Xiran of the First Clinical College of Dalian Medical University mentioned the neuroimmune pathogenesis induced by mental stress. Tang Jiang and others from Ruijin Hospital of Second Medical University mentioned the mental health status of patients. Wu Guoqin and Qin Wanzhang of Zhongshan Hospital of Shanghai Medical University used the immune function regulator Leigongteng with good results. Most of the patients with psoriasis in our department concluded that psoriasis is an immune metamorphosis disease. The pathogenesis has genetic factors, allergens and the key is abnormal immune function. We counted 32 cases of outpatient psoriasis in the past six years, 16 males and 16 females. The age ranged from 8 to 75 years. The five most positive allergens in the skin test in 23 cases were 52% for French sycamore pollen, 43% for early spring pollen, 39% for late spring pollen, and 35% each for mites and molds. The results of erythrocyte immune function in 19 cases showed that the erythrocyte C3b receptor wreath rate was 10.89±4.45 (p<0.001), the erythrocyte immune complex wreath rate was 7.53±4.11 (p<0.5), the erythrocyte immune C3b receptor wreath promotion rate was 121.37±32.98 (p<0.001), and the erythrocyte immune C3b receptor wreath inhibition rate was 46.68 ±14.59 (p<0.005) were secondary to erythrocyte immune deficiency. Treatment of psoriasis, like other allergic diseases, is only committed when the immune function is not normal, so that the immune function is restored and maintained normally can be cured. We mainly use the following treatments to improve the immune function: levamisole, kardosol, multi anti-methyl, ching qi fuzheng punch, mushroom mushroom polysaccharide tablets, tonic zhong yi qi pill, liu wei di huang pill, astragalus, he shou wu, jujube, allergy decoction (wu wei zi, fang feng, chai hu, cicada, wu mei, astragalus, licorice), bronchitis vaccine, polymyxin injection, placental lipopolysaccharide, histamine spherical white, inactivated BCG vaccine preparation (with (exempted for those with active TB infection), etc. In our experience, it takes a long time to get better and faster results with a combination of several types of treatment. In addition to drugs, patients are advised not to use hormones for resuscitation, to stop smoking and drinking, to avoid overwork, to prevent trauma, viral and bacterial infections, such as cervical lymphatic tuberculosis, which is often missed (42% of cases in this article). Because all these conditions can reduce immune function. The results are very satisfactory, and patients refer each other to the clinic. For example, Liang Qiaoyun, female, 38 years old, a farmer from Yuji village, Hechi town, Heiyang county, Shaanxi province, has had psoriasis since 1992 with small red rashes on her calves and buttocks, white scabs, itchy, bad cold all winter in 1995, chills, nasal congestion, poor appetite, anger, insomnia, and aggravated generalized offense since 1996, and herbal medicine is ineffective. I was referred to seek a cure. Allergens were measured by skin test in early spring pollen ++, late spring, summer and autumn pollen ++. He was given levamisole, cimetidine, bronchitis vaccine, polymyxin, astragalus, heshouwu, jujube, desensitizing solution plus histamine desensitization. Three months showed effect without recurrence. Nine months later, a farmer in the same township, Wang Derong, male, 44 years old, with psoriasis, did not want to live after 24 years of not healing, saw Liang healed and came to the clinic, investigated combined with cervical lymphatic tuberculosis, allergenic original pollen, mycobacteria, mites, insects; gave the same treatment as Liang, plus anti-tuberculosis treatment, two months later greatly improved, and introduced his son, 18 years old, a farmer, diagnosed psoriasis, cervical lymphatic tuberculosis, allergenic original and treatment as his father, also healed in three months. Now it has been a year and he still comes regularly for medicine.
