3. Systemic medication: for serious fungal infection, gradually spread to the whole body skin, oral antifungal drugs, such as itraconazole, terbinafine and other antifungal drugs, secondary bacterial infections should be added antibiotic treatment; if the contact dermatitis symptoms are serious, spread all over the body, can be oral antihistamines or glucocorticosteroid drugs, etc.; if it is psoriasis or lichen planus, etc., should be in the guidance of the doctor orally take vitamin A acids, etc. In the case of psoriasis or lichen planus, oral retinoids should be taken under the guidance of a doctor.
