CIN grade III is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade III. Cervical biopsy with CIN III involving the gland means that the cervical hyperplasia with heterogeneous cells exceeding 2/3 of the whole layer and involving the gland is a precancerous lesion of the cervix, and its occurrence is mostly related to factors such as HPV infection, early sexual life, sexual disorders, and multiple births. Cervical biopsy shows cervical CIN grade III involving the glands and treatment is determined by the patient’s age and whether she has fertility requirements. If the patient has fertility requirements, cold knife conization of the cervix is recommended to remove the lesioned tissue, with regular review, and after childbirth, the next step will be decided according to the situation, such as antiviral treatment to remove HPV virus from the body. If there is no fertility requirement, total hysterectomy is recommended because cervical biopsy CIN grade III involves the gland, which means the local lesion of the cervix is relatively deep and prone to cancer. Note: Pay attention to good perineal hygiene, proper exercise to improve immunity, avoid overexertion and cold, regular gynecological examination for married women, and timely consultation for abnormal increase in vaginal fluid discharge or odor.
