Radix Rehmanniae Pill and Shiquan Dazhong Pill can be taken together within the scope of their respective indications. 1. Radix Rehmanniae Pill belongs to the category of proprietary Chinese medicines; it contains Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata and other medicines; this proprietary Chinese medicine has the effect of warming the middle part of the body and strengthening the spleen; it is used for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness (spleen and stomach weakness and cold), abdominal cold and pain, diarrhea and cold. 2. Shiquan Da Mending Pill is composed of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparatae, Radix Paeoniae Alba in Chinese wine, Cinnamon, etc.; this medicine has the efficacy of warming qi and blood; used for treating deficiency of qi and blood, shortness of qi and palpitation (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), spontaneous perspiration (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating upon a slight movement), fatigue, and heavy menstrual flow. The adverse effects and contraindications of the above drugs are not known. It should be noted that, avoid indigestible food during the period of taking the drug; cold and fever should not be taken; allergies should be used with caution. From the composition of the two drugs, there are no contraindications to the pairing of Chinese medicines; for patients with deficiency of qi and blood and yang deficiency of the spleen and stomach, Shiquan Dazhong Pill and Radix Rehmanniae Pill can be taken together.
