A few days ago, I encountered a patient with a complaint of neck pain with right shoulder joint for more than 2 months. He had been seen by several hospitals and had various diagnoses. After the relevant treatment, the pain did not improve. Now, after perfecting the relevant examination in our hospital, we could find that there was a problem with the patient’s right clavicle, which could not be diagnosed as a disease for the time being. After communicating with the patient’s family, we suggested him to go to a higher hospital and do further pathological examination to confirm the diagnosis in order to clarify the treatment plan. The patient and his family were very satisfied and grateful to me. Although I did not do anything, I made the possible disease tendency clear to the patient in time and did not delay the patient’s treatment. The consequences would have been unimaginable if I had initially followed the cervical spondylosis to the tui na treatment, so the diagnosis is the first important thing.
