CIN2-3 is a result of pre-cancerous screening of the cervix, which may be cytological or histological. If it is a cytologic result, the next step is colposcopy, which requires a biopsy for pathology under colposcopic observation, and the next step of treatment should be determined based on the pathology results. If the pathology is still CIN 2-3, the next step is to perform a conical hysterectomy and the next treatment will be determined based on the pathology after the conical hysterectomy. If CIN2-3 is still present after conical excision and the margins are negative, the lesion has been excised and regular checkups will be done. If the pathology result after conical excision is more serious than this, or if the cancer is invasive or the margin is positive, the next step is still surgery.
